Refund Policy

1. Subscription Charges

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing displayed at checkout and acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew. RuneDance LLC is under no obligation to issue refunds.

RuneDance LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. A prior refund to any customer does not create an entitlement to future refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

3. Free Trial & Automatic Conversion

RuneDance may offer a free trial for select services. The trial duration, if any, is displayed at checkout and varies by product. Free trials are not guaranteed and may not be available for all products. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.

By submitting your payment details, you authorize RuneDance to charge your payment method at the end of the trial period and consent to recurring billing at the rate displayed at checkout. At the conclusion of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan. A receipt is emailed upon each successful charge. RuneDance retains a record of your consent, including timestamp and IP address.

To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. It is your responsibility to track the trial end date.

4. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact hello@runedance.net before initiating a payment dispute with your bank. We will review your concern promptly.

5. When Refunds Are Not Issued

Change of Mind

You decide you no longer want or need the service after subscribing.

Forgot to Cancel During Trial

You did not cancel before the trial ended and were charged.

Forgot to Cancel Before Renewal

You did not cancel before your renewal date and were charged for another period.

Non-Usage

You subscribed but did not actively use the service.

External Factors

You are unable to use the service due to incompatible hardware, internet issues, or third-party service disruptions.

6. Changes to This Policy

RuneDance LLC may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
