At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. By entering your payment details and clicking subscribe, you authorize RuneDance to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. RuneDance retains a record of your consent, including timestamp and IP address. Free trials are not guaranteed and vary by product or promotion.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date. RuneDance reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Notice of fee changes may be provided via email or through the service. Continued use after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. You agree to contact us at hello@runedance.net and allow 30 days for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.

If informal negotiation fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall be determined by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, administered by a mutually agreed arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between RuneDance LLC and you individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. You and RuneDance LLC each waive any right to a jury trial.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
